Intensives and Retreats
Everyone benefits from an intensive or retreat to help bring perspective, to bring peace țo your nervous system, to be silent and focus on the areas of your life needing dedication, or to heal and find answers and tools for your relationship in an emotionally supporteď and facilitated environment.
We customize our intensives and retreats to suit your needs. We can plan a 3 hour or a 3 or 4 or 5 day experience for you, and can truly help your life to change. For our Intensives and Retreats, because of the amount of time required, we offer a package price vs our hourly cost for service. The package price will be based on amount of time, amounts of people in the Intensive or Retreat, and the types of therapy needed.

Who We Are
We operated for many years as Okanagan Christian Counselling, and over the last couple of years have expanded our scope to bring together all of our services and products, and to expand how we offer them and the people we are able to reach. We believe that people of all ages, all walks of life, and all demographics need to be listened to and heard for what they are going through and feeling, and that their thoughts and feelings matter. Gold Flecks Life Design was born from this concept, from the awareness that all people matter and are valuable, no matter where they are at in their life's circumstances or healing and growth and change that comes from being cared for and heard and valued.
We have a team of consultants, coaches and counsellors to hear you and to walk with you through what you are facing in life. We have options for those who can and want to pay for the services they need, and a sliding scale for those who cannot afford much..
